It was difficulty with high rate of trauma crise on many people who were understanding the witness of genocide survivors of against tutsi of\u00a0 1994i. With in the RRGO interventions, different exercise of HELP NOW and RESOURCE,GROUDNING \u00a0as skills of community resiliency model(CRM) looks very positively effective in stabilizing the crying, sadness and anger!!! CRM skills are the key factors to decrease the rate of trauma crises with in Rwandan community!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"> Most of people were in crises returned in their resilience zone!
