This Friday 26 May 2024, we commemorate the 30th year since the Rwandan genocide against the Tutsis with Sam Habimana Fils from Rwanda Resilience and Grounding Organization – rrgo and special guest Andrew Port from Wayne State University. We will discuss the international response to the 1994 genocide, in light of today’s events, and we will learn about the continuing process of recovery and reconciliation inside Rwanda.
It all takes place between 5-7 p.m. in the Ford Collaboratory located inside Mardigian Library at University of Michigan-Dearborn College of Arts, Sciences, and Letters
