The COVID-19 pandemic has been keeping us worried for the future. We don’t have yet the current prevalence of pessimistic people due to this cause but we are estimating that it is high prevalence from different factors including immediate lockdown, raising of jobless, domestic violence, the variability of covid 19 vaccine and non-valid news for covid 19 and closing leisure’s places of different people. Many of us are facing challenges that can be nerve-wracking, overwhelming, and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Indeed, according to CDC (2020) indicated that public health actions including social distancing, are necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but they can make us feel isolated and lonely and can increase stress and anxiety more danger on people living alone, old people, orphans and people with low resilience zone. It is advising to learn how we can adapt to the current situation and Learning to cope with stress in a healthy way will make people care about, it will also contribute to let inner forces from body contributes in recovery and reconfiguration. Indicators of stress-related are:

  • Feelings of fear, anger, sadness, worry, numbness, or frustration
  • Changes in appetite, energy, desires, and interests
  • Difficulty concentrating and making decisions
  • Difficulty sleeping or nightmares
  • Physical reactions, such as headaches, body pains, stomach problems, and skin rashes
  • Worsening of chronic health problems
  • Worsening of mental health conditions
  • Increased use of tobacco, substances, sexual addiction

Normally, it is normal that a nervous system might be disturbed when you are facing pandemic including covid 19. When you feel above symptoms. We would like to suggest you practice and mental health intervention that are easy and accessible and adaptable for backing in your resilience zone (comfort zone) .

Third, you need to make voluntary laughter many times. Practice this…..

Fourth, kindly shift your thinking from negative to positive. Practice this…..

Fifth, You need to do breathing exercise, pushing the wars, visits green space. Practice this…..
